General Cleaning Liability Form

Acknowledgment of Risks: The undersigned acknowledges that the cleaning services provided by JJ Cleaning Services involve risks, which may include, but are not limited to, the use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery that could result in personal injury, illness, or property damage. 

 

Release of Liability: The Client hereby JJ Cleaning Services, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs that may arise from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by JJ Cleaning Services. 

 

Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to remove or secure valuables, including but not limited to jewellery, art, and electronics, prior to the service. JJ Cleaning Services will not be liable for the loss of or damage to any personal property. 

 

Damages: The Client agrees to JJ Cleaning Services within 24 hours of service completion of any damages or issues with the cleaning service provided. JJ Cleaning Services will not be responsible for any claims of damages not reported within this timeframe. 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee: JJ Cleaning Services strives to provide the highest quality of service. If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must contact JJ Cleaning Services within 24 hours to arrange for a re-cleaning of the specified area at no additional charge. 

 

Governing Law: This waiver and release of liability shall be governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which  

JJ Cleaning Services operates. 

 

Declaration: I, the homeowner, acknowledge and agree that accepting and booking a cleaning service with JJ Cleaning Services means that i acknowledge the above statements. I have requested cleaning services to be performed on my property. I understand that cleaning can expose or worsen any pre-existing conditions or damage, By using our services, I acknowledge that the service provider, JJ Cleaning Services', shall not be held liable for any damage, or other issues that may arise due to pre-existing conditions, structural weaknesses, or hidden defects that were not caused by the cleaning process itself. 
 
I agree that any issues related to pre-existing damages are the sole responsibility of the homeowner and that  

'JJ Cleaning Services' shall not be held responsible for repairs or associated costs.
