Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved a time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty/fee/rebooking charge of the full services price. Other ways you will get charged a cancellation fee. Not provided access to your probity to allow us to undertake our work, If you don’t attend your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notices of 48 hours prior to your appointment.
