Discount Terms & Conditions
1. ELIGIBILITY
This 15% discount is exclusively available to current employees of UK emergency services and armed forces.
To qualify, employees must provide:
• A valid work email address [firstname.lastname@organisation.domain]
(e.g., firstname.lastname@westmidlands.police.uk, firstname.lastname@mod.gov.uk)
• Organisation-issued photo ID (e.g., organisation ID card or police warrant card) matching the name on the work email.
2. VERIFICATION PROCESS
1. Eligible individuals must send an email from their organisation's work email address. And include a copy of the front and back of their organisation-issued ID card. To our enquiries team at: Info@JJCleaningServices.uk.
2. We reserve the right to contact your employing organisation to confirm employment status if we feel that the information you have provided is false or fraudulent.
3. DISCOUNT USAGE
• The discount entitles the verified individual to 15% off all cleaning services. It cannot be applied to sale items, gift cards, or delivery charges unless explicitly stated.
• Unlimited use per eligible employee; codes are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family, friends, or colleagues.
• The discount may be used for personal purchases only – commercial use is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Only one discount can be applied per transaction.
4. VALIDITY
• The discount is valid from Friday 9th January 2026. This discount is currently ongoing; we will contact all eligible individuals, informing them that the discount is due to end.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the discount at any time with 7 days’ notice via email to verified users.
5. DATA PROTECTION
• All personal information provided for verification will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Information will be used solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Verification documents will be securely deleted within 30 days of approval or rejection of the discount request.

6. MISUSE
• Any attempt to use false or fraudulent information to obtain the discount will result in immediate revocation of the discount code, cancellation of relevant orders, and may be reported to the individual’s employing organisation and relevant authorities.
• Misrepresentation of an emergency service worker or armed forces soldier/officer is considered fraud and may lead to legal action. Under the Police Act 1996, the Uniforms Act 1894, or the Fraud Act 2006.
7. GENERAL TERMS
• This discount is subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale, which apply in full unless modified by these specific terms.
• We reserve the right to refuse the discount to any individual at our discretion if eligibility criteria are not met.
